Organisational Development the art and science of working with organisations and their people to improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation. OD is often thought of as Team Building, Facilitation and Conflict Resolution; whilst these can be important the development of organisational values and indivdiual capabilites and the design of processes can be much more evaluable.
